State of the art equipment

Our Equipment

Inside our 65,000 square foot state-of-the-art printing and facility, you will find some of newest and technically advanced offset printing presses on the market. These unique devices are able to print on a wide range of papers as well as thin gauge plastics for the packaging industry.

As an independent printing firm, we recognize the importance of modernizing and upgrading our equipment to distinguish ourselves in the marketplace and to remain competitive. When new technologies and printing process become available, we incorporate them into our operation and make them available to our clients.

Since 2001, we have installed three new presses in our plant. In 2001 we installed an 8-color 40” press. In 2005, we added a 7-color 40” press. Both presses are outfitted with roll to sheet capabilities, in-line coater and UV capability including interstation UV decks. Also in 2005, we added a 29” 6-color, also with the latest UV technology. The newer presses are rated for up to 18,000 sheets per hour, and all have full RCI and CCI controls, auto plate loading and auto blanket wash. For printing synthetic papers, we have ionized air in the delivery and anti-static on each print unit. We also have one press outfitted with a Corona unit for films that need a bump in treatment.

In our finishing department, we have computerized guillotine and strip cutting equipment for automated accurate repeat straight cutting. In addition, we have several options for precise die cutting, including high die, counter pressure high die and magnetic rotary die for large format labels up to 39.5 inches.
